There isn’t anything other than “short term” when you are talking about a human life. Just sayin.
There is a massive dichotomy between the average state of aging and those who are aging well (the latter in the minority).
Self-medicating to mask symptoms without addressing the cause(s) is statistically more likely to result in disease, premature death or twilight years best described as suffering than living.
