The fundamental problem is that we are unable to reconcile the two scientific theories that define modern physics — quantum mechanics and relativity. The multiverse is one possibility, with the soliton wave explanation of quantum uncertainty being another. It may take a decade or two, but the problem will eventually yield to a combination of experimental results, math work, model building, and astronomical observations.

Just one, sorry. Multiverse is a stupid concept. This is the only one.

For many, many years I’ve realized that we DO live in a “multiverse” because there’s one set of rules for Republicans and a different set of rules for Democrats.

Excellent!

The whole multiverse concept is cheap and easy.

Like black holes, it is unverified, yet assumed by modern ilk to be fact.

Setting aside serious science, it ruined comic books for this fanboy.

I want the universe where I am a multi-billionaire...

But he doesn't want yours...

Multiverse Madness - The more of me the better!
Maybe the universe does revolve around me?... : )

(I’ve been waiting to say this for a long time...) If multiverse is true, then I want to experience the world in which I get in a car in Manhattan, put on a blindfold, put the car in reverse, and step on the gas. I do not stop until I have thusly navigated the entire United States and roll up on the Pacific shore.

To consider such a thing as actually happening would require the utter suspension of logic and every rational faculty. Every one of us knows that no such world exists, yet the multiverse demands it. Accordingly, the only rational and sane conclusion is that the idea of a multiverse is a sheer fantasy. As one poster put it: the choice comes down to multiverse - or God. “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth...”
