She ran for at least two congressional seats — in two different districts — and couldn’t win, so she moved to yet another one and finally got elected. She only won her senate race because she was running against the reprehensible Mark Kirk — the very definition of RINO — who was even worse than Jeff Flake, John McCain, and Lindsay Graham combined.
The Rats started to tout her as presidential material because she hit the trifecta: Woman; ethnic minority; disabled.
