Amazons store of the future has been five years in the making. But the unveiling is just about here.
Amazon Go, the companys first brick-and-mortar convenience store, will open to the public on Monday on the ground floor of Amazons new headquarters on Seventh Avenue in Seattle. Though the unveiling will take place about a year later than the company originally planned, it will still be met with great intrigue because of the stores unique technology that Amazon believes can make checkout lines a thing of the past.

Yeah, I don't see these going into the "underserved communities" anytime soon. Those waist-high glass barriers don't seem designed for *ahem* urban settings.

if a location is deemed to be at such risk its likely that
there won’t be a corporate-franchisee it will be a mom-pop.
in Bell Square there is low likelihood of flash mobs unless they are Chinese tigermoms or Indian haqeurs..
