I do believe deep state is multinational. When something “odd” happens in the world, like “ISIS” showing up and starting a revolt in the Phillipines, it’s clear deep state had a hand, but could be CIA, MI-6, Mossad, or any number of other state agencies operating with varying degrees of independence from their governments.
Can a hateful American spook call up and order a “rogue” North Korean missile launch, sort of like going through a Burger King drive through..?

You can’t get weird sex services from a good girl. “Countries” with no values are the whores of the world who will do anything. Like the corners of the globe offering Osama bin Laden headquarters. With valueless leaders who hate us, like Hussein, we would trade anything to anyone, and a whore country like NK would happily proffer.
All Americans would be horrified if they knew how we were all abused by a multinational or postnational oligarchy using our best values against us (we will be Good if we elect anyone who has brown skin to be our leader; we don’t discriminate against anyone; etc).
