One of the comments in the SacBee article suggested going after rich folks that try to leave Kalifornia. Governor Grey Davis tried to do just that and a Judge through it out of court, stating, in essence ‘I don’t think so!’
In the long game, this will end up being a good thing for the taxpayers of California. It’s going to be painful though. Feet to the fire you (Cali legislators) leftist scum!
