Closest I can get to that is my Boston Brown Bread which I’m sticking into my coffee can as I write. To go with my roast chicken and homemade baked beans.
Another great Saturday night meal. Guess Ill get up and reheat my bean and bacon stew. (It really was good though, dont feel sorry for me)
Where do you actually get a metal coffee can anymore? All of ours seem to come in plastic ;-(
You guys are killing me! I can’t have any of this yummy stuff (except probably a little seven layer salad) on my diet. But I CAN have all the whipped cream I want, with a few berries and some pecans thrown in.
What is the advantage to using a coffee can? Just curious.
Homemade baked beans and brown bread! Yummy!
I've made the brown bread using the steamed/stovetop method. Takes about 2.5 hours to cook. YMMV.
