The siege continues today at San Francisco City Hall where half the SF police force has walked off the job rather than engage in a firefight against ICE and FBI Swat teams who may assault the building in order to carry out a warrant for the arrest of the SF city council, mayor and chief of police.
Two days ago a SF police Sgt fired a round over the head of two Ice agents saving an arrest warrant and informing the mayor he ahed two days to surrender to federal authorities. The mayor issued a statement saying the weapon discharge was accidental and unfortunate and that he and the council stands fast against the onslaught by the federal government on the rights of future citizens and democrats.
President Trump had instructed AG Sessions to exercise federal authority after two El Salvadoran members of MS 13 who were here illegally opened automatic weapons fire on the Columbus Day celebration in North Beach in which 21 people were killed and 37 wounded. While the police hid for cover, members of the Gambino family c=visitng from NY pend fire and killed one of the gunmen and wounded the second. Three members of the gambino family are in custody charged with violating California's laws against unauthorized ammunition.
Members of La rasa SF issued a statement this is what happened when Trump puffs his chest out and shows down the gauntlet. it forces young immigrants into rage in which people can be hurt. Trump is and has always been a racist and he has vendetta against MS 13.
The serving member made bail under Judge Hortenzio Esperanza who used cocaine with President Obama in college and whose wife works for MSNBC as Sexual Harassment Programming director, stated, we have to work with this young man in the community because that is where he will be when a jury sees the fuzzy video of the shooting. The man admitted the shooting after being pressured by social media and that will be inadmissible in court I hereby grant bail.
The city is paying the full medical benefits for the victim/shooter.
One of the victims spouses Shagene Frontain said this is an example of the federal budget cuts which republicans led by Trump have enacted and the congress passed and Sessions' withholding of police funds because they hate immigrants.
The chief said he would not report the release of the person of interest from the medical center jail ward. That is what initiated federal action by the Trump administration. Spokesperson for the president denied it had anything to do with the president's ongoing vendetta against the hellhole city or his uneven emotions caused by his diet and fitness regimen.
The head of the officers union said this morning, this shot was bound to happen. I've been holding my breath for the last 5 years waiting for my retirement during which I make 250,000 a year the rest of my life.
The spokesperson for the homeless said his groups only interest is to occupy Civic Center park again (The FBI swat team cleared the park despite a judges injunction they could not do so) because the feces was piling up.
