I do too. One jar I had called it ‘refreshing’. I like the way it bubbles up when you open a new jar—like it’s alive.

My Korean Sister-in-law once served me steamed rice, topped with kim-chee and a poached egg on top. It was surprisingly delicious.

I ate a lot while I was stationed there - some out of self defense because the locals had it coming out their pores and eating it yourself reduced the impact of the odors.

There's one small restaurant in the local area that has some good Kimchi and I hit it about 4 times a year.
