Trump Hotels in NY, DC, Vegas on Yelp! Reduced to One Star Ratings with “Sh*thole” Reviews
Trump properties– like the Trump Hotel in Columbus Circle and the one in Washington DC– are being reduced to rubble on Yelp! with bad reviews. (You can read them here, they’re pretty funny.)
Hundreds of new reviews are calling the hotel a “shithole” and knocking the average star rating to 1 or or 2.

As it stands now even before this yelp was untrustworthy.
I’m going to look on the bright side of this... maybe the lower ratings will mean that more rooms will be available at better prices so that I can treat my wife to a get-away in one of these higher class establishments.
There is a flag option where you can report fake reviews but interestingly enough, it seems to have been disabled. You can pick the review has “false information” but you can’t enter it or send it which should give us an idea where Yelp stands when it comes to Trump.

Better Business Bureau reportedly uses their clout to silence complaints against member businesses (by intervening to resolve the complaint/issue) and letting unsubstantiated claims against non-member businesses continue.

I’m surprised that they weren’t already reduced to one star in the lead up to the 2016 election.
