Thank you for being one of the faithful to pray for our country for so long.
I really hadn’t prayed for our nation faithfully until the storm was upon us’ I thank God for people like you who did. Some part of me believed that as we were living in the last days, God would “allow” the nation to choose and the vast majority had “chosen” the swamp. I felt our country was gone, like “I remember her when” because I believed the 360 degrees of propaganda I thought most people hated her and all she stood for.(Well, I do live in California). I repent of my faithlessness in this arena and am now praying fervently.
It seems now that we have a reprieve (for now) of unimaginable proportions. Yes, I now pray multiple times per day for the safety of Trump, our military, first responders, Sessions, NSA and all others serving the fight against evil, for patriots - anyone fighting for good at this point. I pray that they are protected and blessed for serving God this way. I pray that God reveal to me those I can trust and support and that He reveal any wolves in sheeps clothing I may have missed.
I pray for a spirit of repentance to sweep our country and the world so that even those swimming in the swamp - some of them - would experience the horror of their actions and repent, flee to God’s grace for forgiveness, and provide Trump administration with inside support. Praying every time I wake in the night and it feels like I can’t pray hard enough.
But the blessings we’ve had - I am amazed. I know God blesses us richly but I hadn’t anticipated this kind of confrontation with evil and that I would live to see the truth stated in the public square (Okay - let’s say Trump’s Twitter account is the public square for now!). I’m astounded to find many of the the problems (corruption) of ancient Egypt in full force in our government, our society, our world today!
So many signs. I’ve learned to “pray” Psalm 91 by changing the words a little to be a personal prayer. Nice to “meet” one of the prayer warriors who won this reprieve for us with their faith. THANK YOU.

The old saying that history repeats is true. Remember that the bible is history that is to be repeated until the second coming. The bible passages that talk about the beast and whore, and the ones that have been and will be.
It seems to be generally accepted that Nimrod was the first. Remember that he was building the tower to heaven? The tower of babel. God intervened and then there were many languages. Nimrod is known by many other names such as (if IIRC) Osiris, Gilgamesh. I saw an interesting picture of one of the EUs buildings - looked just like the pictures I’ve seen of the ancient Tower of Babel.
I also watched some sort of weird Ceremony at CERN. Looked like some sort of pagan/devil ritual. Angela Merkel and dignitaries from many countries were there. I truly have had no time to delve into that further-it really gave me the creeps though.
This attempt at world takeover and depravity has repeated throughout the ages. For all my life, I’ve heard about the end times, but for the first time, I believe that the season is near-we can not know the hour or the day, but we will know the season by the signs - that is what Jesus said.
We truly live in amazing times.
