I just had the displeasure of watching an interview on CNN, with Wolff. The interviewer wasn’t all that supportive. From what little I did hear, he was kind of trashing the guy.
I expect enough GOPe traitors to join ALL of the Rats to send up a “clean” DACA bill using the Trump remarks as cover. It will take little for Lyin Ryan to flip and the remarks will give him the excuse he wants.
What is sad is the way some of the folks on this forum are so eager to jump on the “Trump is betraying us” bandwagon, led by the NeverTrumpers and the flakes like Ann Coulter.
As usual, the “principled conservatives” and single-issue conservatives continue to keep the leftists alive.
They will use False Allegations, Slander and outright Lies in their Desperate Hunt for voters streaming out of the Failing DemocRAT strongholds.

True but I see it in a different way. He’s forcing the Dems to make a hard choice, which will screw them either way:
1. They can choose to stand firm on “no Wall” and he will allow DACA to expire and they risk losing those 800,000 potential Dem voters that is the driving force behind DACA.
or
2. They can work with Trump on a compromise deal that offers some kind of solution for DACA AND also includes a level of funding for the Wall that Trump considers acceptable. He will “trumpet” this a a Yuge Success, and that he’s fulfilled his #1 campaign pledge, and each one of those Dems can explain to their constituents in a mid-term election year why they voted to sleep with the enemy.
Either, there’s a major downside for Dems and none for Trump, since he can easily point to the comment he made the other day saying he’d sign whatever bill the Dems brought forward, and that they failed so the end of DACA is on them. Or he will turn starting construction of the Wall into the biggest “bipartisan” photo op of all time, thanking all of his good Democrat friends for making the Wall possible!
DACA comes up in the Wolff book when he says Bannon believes that Jared and Ivanka think the left will give them a pass on the Russia thing if they get Trump to support liberal agenda items, like DACA and prison reform.
