ESPN assumed Oklahoma would handle Georgia with no problems. The game they wanted was Oklahoma versus Alabama. The CFP committee was horrified that Georgia won that game.
Just curious, who at ESPN stated this, when and, more importantly, why would this be the case? I can only assume you say the CFP was horrified with Oklahoma loosing since it meant an all SEC final, yet if I am wrong please correct me. I really do not care much for ESPN or the NCAA football championship process yet your assertion is intriguing.
Unless you have responses at your finger tips please do not bother to look them up. I really truly am not that interested, just passing intellectual curiosity like many other topics out there which seasonally attract my attention.
