According to the CT Department of State, Bandy Lee's license has expired in 2015 and has not been renewed, but is now pending renewal.

It appeared that she had a controlled substance license without the required corresponding Medical License. That is a violation and a formal complaint should be filed against her medical license that is in process of being approved right now.

And this is the reason ALL medical practitioners with half a wit kept their mouth shut with Hillary and Soetero. You might “suggest’ but would have to say, “needs an appointment, can’t say might need a check up.” That’s as far as any sane person with a license could go. You just can’t diagnose from news clips and videos.
Send her “up the river” for 50 years. That will solve the problem.
Psychiatry and psychology are made-up pseudo sciences anyway. No two psychobabblers diagnose a patient the same or agree on treatment options in most cases. And they deny that homosexual inclinations and so-called transgenderism are mental defects!
Dr. Bandy X. Lee, psychiatrist, is now in danger of having her license pulled by the American Medical Association (AMA) and the American Psychiatric Association (APA) for engaging in ethically prohibited long-distance diagnosis without even interviewing the supposed patient in person as she is issuing statements which appear to be diagnostic in nature of the mental state of Trump.
The author of the article has no idea what they are saying. The AMA does not license. The individual state does where she is practicing.

So, not obtaining or renewing a government required license invalidates the M.D.? That's like saying that failure to obtain or renew a government permit invalidates your second amendment rights!
Since she's not offering her opinion for therapeutic purposes I sincerely doubt it. She's not "practicing medicine" in this context.

MD is a state licensed designation required to practice medicine. It is unlawful to practice medicine without being licensed and it is unlawful to claim to be an MD without being licensed.
