Two days ago I was preparing to cook my son some French fries. As I was lowering the fryer basket, it slipped from my hand and splashed 400 degree oil under my arm and wrist. The pain was intense. My skin is now deep red and blistered. I’m anxious about it healing without infection and eventual scarring. What this girl is suffering makes me ashamed for my own feelings. There but for the grace of God...

Truly sorry for that. I’m not sure how big of an area, but even “minor” burns can be intense.

Not sure if you have put anything on it, but I have heard calendula gel/cream is good. And I did use it on my son long ago when he got a severe sun burn.

You can probably find it at most health food type stores.

You could also Google search on other effective remedies.

Sorry about your injury, I understand that Manuka honey is good for burns, Trader Joe’s has it.
