Topics such as this don’t concern me, I want to know how to gain weight. I’ve lost 7 pounds since July after remaining at a stable 140 plus or minus 2 lbs for the past 40 years...........
I mix a tablespoon of the organic Apple cider vinegar with about a half cup of diet cranberry juice twice a day. It’s tasty and I have lost weight.
Here’s the dealeo:
This is a BS remedy masking more serious underlying symptoms.
Let loose the flak. Otherwise, pm me if anyone wants the facts (dont have time right now).
I hear baking soda makes vinegar go down better.
Just saying.
“lost even more, shedding 3.7 lbs, or 1.7 kgs a day.”
I call B.S. Almost 4 pounds every day? I think not.
I use a variation of the old “Jogging in a Jug” formula - I mix 2 cups of organic apple cider vinegar with apple juice and grape juice enough to fill a gallon jug, then drink a small cup twice a day. Have lost some weight, nothing dramatic.
I eat it daily.
Cut up some lettuce—say two cups—into a small salad, mix 2 tbsp. cider vinegar and 1 tbsp. virgin olive oil.
Tasty.
I used to brew a concoction of apple cider vinegar, garlic, honey and ginger: In a blender, blend 10 cloves of garlic, 1 cup raw unheated honey, 1 cup organic apple cider vinegar, half a lemon, a piece of fresh ginger. That’s about a week’s supply . Garlic is a sulfur-rich food and a natural antibiotic. Honey is rich in vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
I used to have a bit @ 10 minutes before each meal and noticed some weight gain after a week or two. Need to get back to this brew.
But to answer your direct question, I don’t know how much effects a quick weight loss.
