Topics such as this don’t concern me, I want to know how to gain weight. I’ve lost 7 pounds since July after remaining at a stable 140 plus or minus 2 lbs for the past 40 years...........
Drink more milkshakes using full fat ice cream and full fat milk. Add in berries for extra nutrition.
Drinking milk-shakes does work..did for me.....I’m at 112 at 5’2 so when I drop weight it’s apparent. Went down to 102 when was contending with stressers so someone mentioned drinking milk-shakes. I had at least one a day and sometimes more. Worked.
Don’t forget an extra large pizza with all the toppings every day!
