Are conservatives really expecting corrupt and politicized federal investigative and prosecutorial bodies aka FBI & DOJ to investigate and prosecute themselves?

It would seem that the President is in a catch-22 situation. To address our corrupt and politicized FBI & DOJ, President Trump would need to fire the heads of these organizations and appoint persons who will be ruthless in ferreting out corruption and criminal activity in our government regardless of person, celebrity, popularity or position. If the President were to appoint uncompromising persons of integrity, the demoncraps and liberal/communist media would scream for impeachment.

Considering the many devices and positions the enemy holds, how does the President facilitate removing FBI and DOJ swamp critters?
