Oh yes. But right now between the farm and work I am kind of busy.

But a water wheel is somewhere on the list. Maybe in a couple of years. But I would hook it up to a millstone or something. Everything around here must work! Except for the old cat. At 17 you are allowed to retire. But the young one had better hop to it. Lots of mice are finding the cow shed nice and cozy.

I wish I'd gotten pictures of the inside of this barn. It was the one built by Henry Livingston in the 1770s. But it's amazing that it's still there. The whole property was saved because it was purchased by the husband of his great granddaughter, Samuel Finley Breese Morse, who was also the nephew of Henry's son-in-law.
