When the sexual misconduct scandal involving Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein exploded in October, Megyn Kelly had an idea. "She started thinking about writing a book," an insider recently told Life & Style. She felt she had unique insight since before joining NBC and the Today show in 2017, she’d spent years at Fox News, which had been embroiled in its own sexual harassment scandals — including some she knew about firsthand. Then, when Megyn’s Today colleague Matt Lauer, 60, was fired in late November after his misconduct was exposed, "that lit a fire under her," the source shared.
Now Megyn’s prepared to expose more bombshells. "She wasn’t Matt’s colleague for very long, but long enough to gather enough information about him to fill a book, which is exactly what she’s planning to do," the insider told Life & Style. This book will delve into "Matt’s secret life at NBC, his dirty deeds, and horrible antics with women." Megyn, 47, is already fielding offers from publishers, the insider revealed, and publishing expert David Johnson says a tell-all could command a $10 million payday. "Megyn won’t hold back any details," noted the insider. "She wants to put an end to decades of sweeping these secrets under the rug."

She’s found a way to get attention - dish dirt on others. She did it at Fox and she’s doing it at NBC. I hope those around her keep this in mind. She may be your BFF today but tomorrow she’ll be writing a book and giving interviews about you.
She could say it in one sentence for free if she wanted to “help other women.” Either he hit on her, did something disgusting in front of her or to her, or, worse for her, wasn’t interested. Either way, that is how you help women by coming forward. Writing a bleeping book is for HER to soak up more attention and cash.
Never mind that a principled person would resign and go to work somewhere else that doesn't condone the conduct in the first place.
So she knew all about it at the time.....
..but was too busy taking down Republicans (one in particular) to do or say anything about it until now.

I would be pissed if I worked with her. She strolls in for a few months and can write a book with a decent advance?

I was thinking the same thing, the guy worked there for over 20 years, and Meghan been there less than 1 year, ans she’s the one to right the tell all book, LOL.
