But Californians also work hard, not least those in the entertainment industry. “She saw her dad busting his butt,” said Dunn Bates, referring to Thomas Markle, a TV lighting director. “The path she chose – actress – is very hard. You have to be very disciplined about it.”

LoL I’m sure she won’t have any trouble getting approval or finding the finances...but apparently she will have to go through a normal process as any other citizen marrying a British citizen. Including being tested on her British knowledge...topics include monarchy facts, etc...haha

Personally, I don't believe that PBS PC drivel at all! If it had been true, it would have been used against King George III by the American colonists and wasn't! Besides which, the Germans wouldn't have accepted her at all and they did.

Other than some risqué outfits and scenes for her role on “Suits”, she’s acted in a few family friendly Hallmark films and such. I don’t get the Kardashian vibe...
