She can't; they're kept in the Tower of London, under lock & key and guarded.

Neither is she allowed to keep ( after the loan of and wearing once! ) of the jewels owned by the Queen and those owned by Harry's mother. Even some of the wedding gift jewels, sent to Royal brides, by foreign dignitaries, revert to The Crown.
