Tofu has slightly more flavor than Ralph Nader, so +/- none. It does have high levels of most of the amino acids our bodies need except one. Lysine. It is a big reason Japanese are not fatties or big. For female adults Tofu is great. For kids, I don’t think so. Here is info on short pigs. I eat tofu once a month. It’s inexpensive & the way I prepare it is delicious.
I do reminisce about my beloved late father’s indescribably delicious tofu burgers.
A little while back I did post that studies are showing that American boys are in some instances growing breasts because of the excess soy that is in everything we consume. That is scary.
