Windows 10 should have Notepad.exe and WordPad.exe.

Or if you want a word processor you can download https://www.openoffice.org/ instead.

It’s free and you won’t know the difference.

I use Libre Office. https://www.libreoffice.org/ Almost the same as Open Office, since it’s based on that.

Thanks. I’ve downloaded Open Office and will have to play with it and try to get the printer going.

One would have thought the computer would notice the new hardware for the printer but it didn’t. Have no idea where the old printer set up disc is. Blah.
