California Highway Patrol officials say they have arrested the man they believe has been throwing boulders – some the size of footballs – at cars on Interstate 5 in Sacramento over two months, injuring several drivers whose windshields were smashed.

I’m glad they got him but those are not “boulders” they’re just typical Sacramento river rocks. Lots of people use them as landscape accents in that area.

He succeeded.
He dropped one right through an Illinois Secretary of State van windshield.
I've no idea who was in the van, but my student very quickly became a "resident" of one of Illinois' crowbar hotels.
As far as I know, that's where he is to this day.
