I have a set of copper whipping bowls hanging on the wall; I never use them, but like the way they look. That’s the extent of copper-cleaning I will do now.
I love copper. It is my favorite metal. However the only thing I have copper in my kitchen is a KitchenAid mixer. It is copper plated and is absolutely gorgeous. I shine it lovingly about every other day. It was ridiculously expensive and hubby got it for me for my 50th birthday.
You should try using them when making Hollandaise Sauce the copper reacts with the egg yolks for a better sauce so I’ve heard. I don’t have any copper items.
