But I think because of the dismal quality of players in the league...provided no major injuries, I think he can probably stick around for ten years in the league. His big reason for sticking around the Lakers is simply to get noted with the media and get some tennis-shoe contracts.
In his case, I think a second and third season with the UCLA team would have helped the kid. He’s averaging around 12 points a game right now, and I think that’s his peak contribution.
