An account purporting to be an alternative Assange account was claiming Twitter had deleted his official one ahead of a blockbuster story he's preparing to break.

Thanks for the sarcastic reply. Since Pompeo thinks that wikileaks has committed some crime, maybe the swamp has threatened him into telling lies about his own organization? I don’t think so. Against US deep state or Hillary characters who tried to pull off the Russiagate fraud? Possible.

Well he accepted USG property (USG Secrets) - Manning material with no right nor authorization to do so. So at a minimum he is a recipient of stolen goods or at a maximum participant in espionage. If he actually tasked Manning then definitely espionage. So he has real USG legal problems he would like to bargain down.
Remembers Assange is fundamentally a radical anarchist. It’s a convenient coincidence he’s on our side right now vis-à-vis Hellary & the DNC. In a few years that is likely to change.

yeah, that was what was being said at the time, namely, NYC cops found the emails on Weiner’s laptop and turned ‘em over to the FBI, but probably kept copies.
