CHICAGO Chicago police say a 5-year-old boy who was shot in the face in a drive-by shooting last year has accidentally shot himself in the hand.
Police say the latest shooting happened Tuesday night at a home on the citys South Side. Police say the boys father obtained the gun illegally.
At the rate the kid has been shot accidentally or on purpose, he will likely live a very short life.
He’s in the wrong city if his family expects him to see high school so he can join a gang...

Do I really need to add the < /s>?
None of my kids would have shot themselves or anyone else accidentally at age 5. They all knew how to shoot by that age, had shot at the range several times, knew the gun safety rules by heart, and understood my very clear rules on handling firearms. They were allowed to shoot almost any time they asked, but touching any gun without my personal permission would have led to a one-year ban on all firearms activities. What kid would risk that punishment?
Bad as Memphis. 1 mother has lost 3 sons to murder. That I would expect to be gang related given the neighborhood.
This must be fake news. It is illegal to have a handgun in Chicago without a permit. To get the permit you must complete a 5-hour firearms training course, pass a background check (including fingerprinting), and pay a $100 permit fee.
The city also requires the following in a home where a person younger than 18 is present. All guns must be secured with a trigger lock, or stored in a locked container, or secured to the body of the legal owner. There are also laws against defacing the serial number of weapons. So this child could not have shot himself, gun control laws are keeping him safe. Maybe he just stabbed himself with a pencil?

What does the bureau of land management have to do with this? I thought they were all wrapped up in the Bundy case?
Is his name Tarjzay (spelled Target)?
Disgraceful.
I suppose that the info in this piece doesn’t represent sufficient evidence to form any firm opinions but my gut tells me that this kid’s future isn’t a very bright one.
Not just this poor kid, but many like him that live in that hell hole Rahm says is improving.
I’m sure it’s all Trump’s fault. I thought you couldn’t own a handgun in Chicago. Where are the parents? And...I’m a bit crass here, lacking in Christmas spirit and all...but I just don’t care.
He’s in the wrong family if he wants to make it to high school.
Let me guess. His name is “Lucky”
LOL!
