“Jeopardy!” host Alex Trebek was slammed by social media users Tuesday after he asked a contestant if her job as an Army Master Sergeant was hard because she was a woman.
Trebek made the comment while asking the show’s three contestants basic questions about their lives to introduce the audience to the participants. Lisa Beth Davis, a retired Army Master Sergeant, took Trebek’s question in stride.
Trebek asked the woman: “That must be really tough for a woman because a master sergeant is giving orders most of the time. How was it for you?”

He’s really old, they need to cut him some slack.
He was just trying to make conversation and be amusing.
Women shouldn’t be Master Sargents.

So, on the one hand, the liberal view is that we are a bigoted sexist nation, and that women have it tougher than men. And that’s especially true if women are in a predominantly male environment, which the military is.
But on the other hand, we apparently are bigoted and sexist if we comment on such a situation. The situation exists per liberals, but we also aren’t supposed to ever mention anything about it.

Yep. Liberals want it both ways. Now if the victim brings it up, it is ok.
Nobody talks about fight club, either....
Hate to think how angry they’d be over how ones like Bert Convy or Bob Barker or Gene Rayburn or (of course) Richard Dawson would treat female contestants back in a time like 1981, lol.
Last week, I saw Nancy Sinatra on a TV show hosted by Bert Convy from the late 1970s (?) and she said she wasn’t a fan of Gloria Steinem and her philosophy.
Which ones. The bashing of husbands and boyfriends is endless

And more often white men are belittled. From the chick in the club who mocks the guy hitting on her, from the white guy who is hit in the noggin by a ball thrown by a non-white, by every burglar being white male, by men who can’t hammer a nail properly. So many. If any situation was different, we’d hear about racism and sexism. I make it a point not to purchase such products.

Who is this and why does he matter?
Not long ago, I watched on YouTube TPIR’s Christmas episode from about 1981, with Bob, the original models, and Johnny Olson and one of the prizes shown was a woman’s fur coat, lol.
I have nothing against mothers, breast feeding, or any of the sort.
However, the mission of the military is to use lethal force, not to be a daycare center.
