Earthquakes in New England tend to be very small, but they happen more often than you might think. Sadly, there isn’t much chance of us sliding into the Atlantic.
“Sadly, there isnt much chance of us sliding into the Atlantic.”.............WHY would you be sad about that, its winter and the Atlantic is rather cold right now.
Some of the biggest earthquakes have occurred in such regions, like New Madrid and Charleston.
Poor Mr Kitty hd just entered the restroom at work when the last one happened. First he thought he was having some kind of seizure. Then when he realized the building was moving - he thought a delivery truck from the gas station next door had hit the building.
Let’s just say there was one “movement” that got delayed. LOL
I once lived in MA, a town bordering NH, and I only remember one time that an earthquake was noticeable. Big "craaack" on a Sunday morning, eventually followed by a couple, three "bangs".
Epicenter was next town West.
