I liked the dancing and music of the movie, but the depraved message overall was depressing. It depicted the emptiness of the “if it feels good do it” lifestyle of the times.

About 4 years ago I dated a woman (roughly my same age and I am 55 now) who had no clue whatsoever that the Bee Gees had made any other music outside of the Saturday Night Fever disco stuff.
I introduced her to it, and she was shocked that it was so good.
What cave was this person living in?

116 minutes of that crap and he and the girl end up being FRIENDS????

THAT was a fake scene.
We didn’t want em around but we never abused them or picked on them.
But accepting their insanity? Yeah, that’s changed for the worst as each new Italian generation is born.
