Kiss’ Gene Simmons Sued for Sexual Battery by Unidentified Radio Personality

Gene Simmons is being sued by a woman who says the Kiss bassist groped her and made “unwanted, unwarranted sexual advances” during an interview she conducted last month, according to legal documents obtained by TheWrap.

The radio and television broadcaster (identified as “Jane Doe”) is suing for sexual battery, gender violence, battery and assault.

Sorry, but if ANY person, famous or not, grabs a handful unbidden, they do not get a free pass. I strongly suspect that there will be evidence of some sort. If it clearly indicates he stepped out of bounds, he should receive appropriate punishment.

If Jane Doe is simply trying to cash in #metoo style, she should be punished.

Another reason why Lauer got away with it is because making money was more important to those women than self respect. They could have reported the abuse when it happened, they chose not to.
