Gene Simmons is being sued by a woman who says the Kiss bassist groped her and made “unwanted, unwarranted sexual advances” during an interview she conducted last month, according to legal documents obtained by TheWrap.

The radio and television broadcaster (identified as “Jane Doe”) is suing for sexual battery, gender violence, battery and assault.

OK, proven victims being “blamed” is not acceptable. However, this woman has not proven anything as of yet. Also, I believe people need to be aware of potential problems when they enter a situation. That is not blaming. That is common sense. Is it right to take advantage of someone’s poor decisions, of course not. But, take some responsibility for your own actions too. Grabbing a growling dog doesn’t make it right that he bite, but it is a logical conclusion.

It should have been a safe situation. It was a pre-booked interview, he should treat it as a professional. It was a public place, she shouldn’t expect to be grabbed. Yes, nothing is proven yet.
