I tend to agree that what you really had in the Soviet Union was State Capitalism. There’s always going to be Capital, it’s a question of who controls it. What were the “Five-Year Plans”? They basically were a blueprint as to how Capital was to be allocated by the State.
If anything, the closest thing to real “Communism” in terms of the workers controlling the means of production, is basically to give them shares of stock in the company.
The reason there are no “true” communisms is because it’s not possible in the real world. For that, everyone must just spontaneously agree to share all their property. I’d have to go outside, throw all my money out my wallet, and hope that everyone else does the same. Then I can just go outside, pick up whatever money I need off the ground, and buy whatever food or rent money I need at the time. No, the only way for communism to see the light of day is for government to enforce it, in which case it is no longer “true” communism. It’s a tyranny.
What is the difference between NAZI SOCIALISM and COMMUNIST SOCIALISM?
No one says REAL NAZISM has never been tried.
I find Stefan very intelligent and even funny, but his wiki page describes him as “Alt Right”, which is in turn wiki described as racist, sexist and homophobic, which is more a statement about Wikipedia than Stefan. Clearly the true Marxists today call themselves something else, like progressives, social justice warriors, and Anti-Fa...
I use to feel guilty I don’t contribute to Wikipedia financially,
Now I wish they go out of business.
