A man who did rooftop climbing stunts fell to his death on video.
Wu Yongning, 26, was attempting to do pull-ups on the side of a 62-story skyscraper when he lost his grip and fell to his death on Nov. 8.
The accident was filmed by a camera Wu had placed to record his trademark daredevil stunt at the summit of the Huayuan Hua Center, one of the tallest buildings in Changsha, central China.
The video, which has gone hugely viral internationally, showed Wu preparing for his stunt, lowering himself over the side of the building, and then bringing himself back up, apparently not pleased with the surface of the wall he was holding on to while he hung in the air.
In the video, he went over the wall a second time, did a few more pull-ups, and then attempted to pull himself back up to the top.
He struggled, and then fell, dropping out of view of the camera.
His body was recovered by window washers.

Damnit, it's not an old wives' tale! It's been proven through hundreds of coroner reports.
That video was really hard to watch! I could not even get to the part where he lost grip.
Indeed. Darwin was waiting at the bittom, award in hand.
You can’t fix stupid.
But gravity comes pretty close.
Bottom.
I just want to “Hold On” as long as possible,I suppose.
Hitting the ground at 200 mph?
It’s not the fall, it’s the sudden stop.
At least they were there with the sponge and bucket.
Never realized how much Isaac looked like Larry.
Four pack-a-day smokers are sitting back thinking: GREAT PASTIME THERE, NATURE BOY!.
Has anyone, ever, smoked 4 packs of cigarettes in a day?
.
My first thought is he was using a Military Grade GoPro.
I also remember reading that John Melloncamp (sp?) smoked 5 packs per day and would actually wake up at various times during the night just to smoke.
According to interviews of the (few) survivors who jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge, time slows down and they became hyper aware. Actually the opposite of what you describe
And, according to the interviews, during those slow subjective seconds before they hit the water they all regretted jumping.
Thanks——I cannot even imagine it.
.
I quit when I was at 3 packs a day.
In 1998
“Deceleration Trauma”
The say that John Wayne smoked 5 packs a day. Of course he is no longer with us.
In the words of one who survived his jump of the Golden Gate Bridge: "the instant I cleared the chord, I realized every problem I had could be solved, except for the one I had just caused myself."
The "chord" is the steel beam just on the other side of the pedestrian fence.
