The diabetic's diet (behavior) does not cause the disease, but may be necessary to survive it. The drug abuser's "disease" is caused by the drugs; taking drugs is a behavior.

The diabetic's diet (behavior) does not cause the diseasePoor diet, stress, lack of physical activity contributes to type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, clogged arteries and who knows what else.
