Didn’t the bacon guy have a chronic criminal record. I think he was referred to in one place as an habitual criminal. I know the press would like to make it appear this mere act can get you a stiff sentence (because of this act to their protected class)but there is a lot more to this guy.
Unless he broke probation, I don’t think you can punish him for time served...with more time for a new crime.
