If the Democrats force a shutdown, that means all non-essential federal employees stay home and don’t get paid. If that event, President Trump should announce a 50% reduction in non-essential federal government employment, and give the agency head 90 days to enforce the layoff.
Change it so they don't get paid and I would be might happy.
