He he hasn’t been indicted that I know of nor is there an open lawsuit against him with a decree from the judge to save documents and other evidence. Their office, their rules.

There must be more to this that is out so far. That’s the reason the wife fled. How many flights did Lauer have on the Epstein plane? was the wife paid to look the other way (or even more) about highly criminal stuff.
