Full Title:Matt Lauer's wife 'has fled their $33million Hamptons home and flown to her native Holland' two days after sexual misconduct scandal began to unfold
Annette Roque might have gone back to The Netherlands
Annette Roque, the wife of Matt Lauer, has allegedly fled their New York home and has returned to her native Netherlands.
A source told Page Six she was last seen at the family's $33million Hamptons home on Wednesday. The status of her three children is unclear although Page Six suggested her two youngest had accompanied her.
Her supposed departure came as the fallout from Lauer's dramatic ousting from NBC continued.
Executives at the network confirmed he would not be getting a $30million payout his lawyers were working on.
They revealed he would not be getting paid anything past the day he was fired following allegations of sexual misconduct.
Senior staffers at 30 Rock, NBC's headquarters, are believed to be in the process of dismantling his office - including the controversial desk button that would lock the door.
They were also erasing all evidence of his time at the network, including photos of him on the walls.

She’s gone? What about the horses?
Or hit him with a golf club. She never got charged with assault for that by the way.
A hunk of ... what?
She really does look like his sister. Weird! Plus, notice how she’s always pulling away from him in the photos. There is no closeness between them. She is going to make out like a bandit. I guess she will get everything since she won the Get Out of Jail card.
I did not know that.....
shoulda just told him HE had to move...
“He he hasnt been indicted that I know of nor is there an open lawsuit against him with a decree from the judge to save documents and other evidence. Their office, their rules.”
Was it in the NBC rules for Matt Lauer to have a remotely lockable rape-room?
Now we know why Lauer wants the *rest* of his salary.
That’s the *rest* of the story.
Political power is hunky. Ask Al Franken. :)
Yeah, kinda, but she doesn't have the Julia Roberts wild wolf mouth teeth.
His wife needs a quick divorce and big settlement BEFORE the legion of other gals start suing.
Judging by Lauer's behavior I don't think any woman
satisfied him. The man was sex crazed.
That’s what I was thinking also, but b4me says she was in on it...
If that’s an “after” photo (after three kids) she’s done a good job taking care of herself.
Hey. His contract forced him to stay married for his 98% female viewers. She was paid to be the wife and they didnt live together. As soon as she heard the payoffs were stopping, she was free. Im sure she hated him but took the $.
Since criminal charges could still arise out of his behavior, I certainly hope that whoever was ‘dismantling’ his office took plenty of photos before they took apart the ‘button that locked the door’. That could be considered TAMPERING with evidence.
\
Also- I will bet that Lauer himself did NOT install that electric button lock. Someone knew about it. Also- the ‘assistant & the nurse’ who helped the married victim of one of his assaults both knew. They did nothing to report it. Can they be charged??
He didnt live with her! She lived in the Hamptons with the kids! They were estranged. She tried to get,out but was paid to stay, probably to cover his exploits.
Common sense would tell anyone with a brain to not tamper with possible evidence—especially since the infamous ‘button to lock the door’ is involved.
We are NOT talking about an office that was normal.
Indeed how MGM of them.
The assistant & the nurse who ‘helped’ the married lady who passed out in Lauer’s office MUST have known something.
Their silence might be worthy of charges, also.
Something along the line of ‘abetting a crime after the fact’.
