I have one of the most common house spiders that show up in my house. They tend to appear in a small group, hatching out from their hidden egg cluster at about the same time. I collect them in a plastic cup and take them outside. They were good with each other. They didn't eat each other up, being the same type of spider, until one time when I put one little naughty one of them in the cup. I was so shocked that he/she was a cannibal. He ate the buddy spider right up. I took him outside, but was tempted to annihilate his/her nasty little self.

That’s a great story! You are so kind, to make sure the spiders get safely outside. Well, all the ones that don’t get eaten first. ;)
