I liked the good old days - watch “zero” sitcoms today.

He married his partner of around 40 years after gay marriage was legalized.
I used to love “Green Acres”. Comedy based on the same wacky characters.
Where will it all end? It will never end until life itself ends. Every living thing ever born, or who will ever be born has died or will die. So why be surprised when famous people die? Literally tens of millions of people die every year. Why life was designed to die, none of us can know. It is what it is.

I can respect that. Nabors kept his homosexuality rather quiet. Sherman Hensley did his also. Charles Nelson Reilly was of course flamboyant about his but he never demanded respect for it.
There is a considerable difference between homosexuality as a personal choice - however self-destructive it is - and trying to force others to "accept" that lifestyle through brute antagonism and weight of regulation under penalty of litigation.
Can't help but wonder if Ron put his dad anywhere in the upcoming Han Solo movie.
Yes he is, the Fonz did a wonderful job of holding up that Egyptian scenery!
Today his character would invite derision by the "I am oppressed" or racist police.
