It was a Russian weather satellite and twenty mini-satellites that launched last evening and failed to attain orbit. They all fell back to earth and burned up in the atmosphere.

So the twenty mini-satellites are now orbiting our neighbor's palm trees?

I'll chalk that up as a low possibility hypothesis.

Why low possibility? There are news reports that last evening this attempted satellite launch failed to reach orbit and the satellite and 20 mini satellites all burned up in earth’s atmosphere.
