So far, my husband has been the Instant Pot Engineer; so I’ll have to ask him and get back to you. But it has a lot of auto settings, while you can also do everything manually.

Thanks for the instant pot info. I’ll keep considering it. I’m sure when my old crockpot, yogurt maker, or pressure cooker dies, I’ll get one. Or the next big sale.
