A hungry Burger King customer in Ohio got an earful of expletives last Wednesday after the restaurants manager cussed her out for taking too long to order.
Lizzie Ramsey, of Newark, Ohio, said that she and her husband Cody along with his co-worker and his 11- and 12-year-old brothers had pulled up to the drive-thru of a nearby Burger King at around 8 a.m. to place their breakfast order. But every time Ramsey had finished ordering for one of the people in the car, the manager interrupted with the total price, and later told her to hurry up, despite Ramseys car being the only one in the drive-thru lane, WSYX reported.

Have you ever been to the Varsity in Atlanta? Try standing in line and holding up a line looking at a menu board. You are likely to be yelled at and forcefully removed after getting called all sorts of names.

OK, now you’re overreacting. I’m sure Americans wont kill each other because of a burger LOL. I do have a peeve about people ordering for a long time. I mean, how many years have you been going to McD’s and you still dont know what’s in a Quarter Pounder?
That’s why I go to IN N OUT. It’s the same 3 combos for the past 50 years. How can you not know what to order...

I’m assuming someone will call Burger King’s attention to this video, and this tyrant will be put on the road.
In business, the customer is always right...if they get unruly, call the cops. If they get violent - then - fight back.
This was not only unprofessional, but a heck of a display for the other customers in the store...especially kids.
Burger King should be “Colin Kaepernicked” if they don’t do something about this woman. Any of the other workers who might someday become managers, are getting the wrong example of what NOT to do, and if the company condones it, then they’ll pay the price.

Looks like they were both screaming a little, but we didn’t see how it started.
I’ve witnessed cashiers yelling at customers in NYC before, “what, you been in line for ten minutes already whaddya mean you don’t know what you want? Get out of the line, move to the back... NEXT!”
This is only the 2d posting , so hardly a record. My fault. I scrolled the posts, but didn’t submit title to a search. Admin can delete if they have to. I try to play by the rules but screw up every once in awhile.
Looks like manager was stressed.
Stress: avoiding the urge to choke the living sh** out of someone who desperately deserves it.
They need more kiosks. They don’t get impatient nor care how stupid the customer is. :)
