Funny you mention the last part.
Been awhile, but I’ve ordered and sold printed shirts in bulk, and will often ask at which volume the shirts’ per unit price breaks, but of course if I’d been unfamiliar with the terms, I probably would have fumbled.
I brought in a polo shirt with a personalized logo on front and wanted letters ironed on the back, and received a call from them a few days later telling me it would take longer because they’d ruined the shirt and had to craft the screen for my original front logo and remake the shirt and then put the letters on. I recall them joking at how much it cost them to print some letters on my shirt.
I also recall thinking someone had misspelled the words I wanted printed on the back — I certainly hadn’t.
Not quite related to the original topic, but I was impressed with their customer service.
Hard to find that in our industry. Nice to hear.
