I just wish them a night on the porcelain throne from their final choice.................
Hard to find that in our industry. Nice to hear.
Hopefully x-manager now. You really don’t want that representing your company.
I have never had breakfast at a Burger King before. It would take me a few minutes to read the menu and decide what to order. Yelling at a newbie won’t solve the problem.
We tried a new breakfast place a week ago. We thought it was going to be a sit down place with a menu and a server. It wasn’t. It was order at the counter with a menu that was at least 30 items long, and nobody else in line when we arrived. The cashier became impatient with me. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.
Amish at it again?
I have noticed that fast food isn’t fast food anymore. I believe the employees are just so stupid or don’t care they can’t do anything with any speed. I was in Hazard KY and Paintsville KY for a meeting a couple of months back and it was literally 30 minutes in the drive through at the Taco Bell in Hazard, I was the 4th car back. And 20 mins. in the mickeyD’s in Paintsville at 10:45am hardly prime breakfast/lunch time.
We have a mickeyds in my hometown that is so awful it has made our pastors sermons on Sundays on how to not lose your religion. They can’t count change right or won’t give you correct change. Hold your order out the window like you are going to snatch it like a Pony Express rider. Wrong orders and God forbid you catch the wrong order and take it back. They snatch the bag, fix it and fling it across the counter at you. No sorry, no kiss my butt, nothing. I ran across the other mickeyds manager in our town at this bad one one day and asked him what are you doing at this disaster? He said the manager quit and they begged me to come in here for the day. I said well if I were not at this end of town I would be at your place now, this one is the Titanic and he said they couldn’t pay me enough to take this place. At this point I won’t even pull into their parking lot.
while standing in line at a store or fast food place the one thing that irks me to high hell is people not pulling out their credit card or check book or drivers license etc when they KNOW they’ll need it....they stand there baffled and confused while they’re fumbling in their pockets or purse...
It seems the manager is taking a cue from the NFL players. If you dont like what your customers say you can just show a tremendous lack of respect.
You know...F$&# the customer.
I have to say the management and employees at my local BK are always friendly, courteous and quick. Nice to see young people earning an honest dollar.
My BIL had a commercial plumbing company and did lots of restaurants. Individual managers, not the franchise chain or neighborhood or anything else made a clean, proud organization. Two outlets from the same franchise a few miles apart could be just the opposite when it came to cleanliness and overall impression.
Have it your way, but hurry the **** up!
Here’s the youtube link, to the vid.

Looks like there are multiple recordings of rude Burger King managers/employees, on the yt sidebar :-O
Word to the wise. Do NOT eat at a fast food restaurant, except Chic Fil A...where the managers have a vested interest in their establishment.
CFA is the ONLY fast food restaurant we have patronized in the last decade +.
“...and uh...some Whammy fries....”
I could actually pretend my order would look like that”-.....
“Pretending” was all you get, the orders SELDOM appear as they do in the photos.
Another reason I DO NOT frequent fast “junky” food places.
Dealing with the public can be difficult but always remember that they are there because they want to give you their money.
Just another example of how crass our culture has become.
I don’t know, I sort of prefer burgers that are a half inch thick!
I mean the whole burger, not just the slab of mystery meat.
Textured soy meal congealed with pink slime does not a burger make. I don’t think any of the major fast food chains have actual ground beef anymore. They’ll make slippery claims that it’s beef, which rules out goat or roadkill I suppose, but it’s rendered not ground chuck and there’s a lot of filler in there, which is soy.
