We may be heading for an Eagles versus Patriots or Steelers Super Bowl.
It seems there would be numerous candidates to a far better job at far less expense.
Condolezza Rice comes to mind...
My family hasnt watched a single NFL game this year. Im amazed at how easy it has been. Still lovin College ball.
Who knows, the way the Rams and Chargers have been playing recently, it could be an all LA Super Bowl.
This is my second NFL free year.
I don’t miss it at all.
I watched the dog show on Thanksgiving.
I wouldn’t know. I haven’t watched a game or looked at standing once this season. College football though I look at it daily.
Who cares about the NFL? The NFL does not care what we think.
Can’t believe I am even watching GB/PIT
So tired of the BS Football all day protests everyday
Superbowl? Never heard if it. Do they have one this year?
amen
I guess that’s two of us.
Two LA teams in the Super Bowl means that US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis will be half empty with a bunch of late arriving fans who will also leave early. LOL
The league is overofficiated dogcrap. My boys had it on today, and on the rare occasions that an “exciting” play happened, the refs would throw a late flag. All the suspense is about how the refs would rule. It’s terrible.
Then they show commercials for State Farm featuring Aaron Rodgers and Clay Matthews, the two injured prima donnas for Green Bay. Don’t even get me started on the “holiday” commercials.
Good one. I’ve watched some Star Trek TOS.
And zero football - especially NFL.
Couldn’t possibly care less about them.
Well, I don't actually WATCH it. I have it on in the background and when the announcer goes GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!, I back up the dvr a couple of minutes and watch.
That’s why I’m rooting for the Rams and Chargers.
Just watching it wither and die with Goodell at the helm, is far better. Just think of all the “goodness” that would come from the NFL going out of business.
1. Colleges and universities could cut their athletic departments and the exorbitant pay that these non-academics who run them get.
2. We could start the process of unwinding all the municipal debt that’s been incurred building stadiums.
3. The TV sports revenue would be severely cut ( it could be gone if we got rid of the NBA and MLB at the same time) and cause a wholesale restructuring of their networks businesses.
4. Millions of overweight beer drinking slobs would find time to spend with their families and to do the things that normal people do around the house.
5. Minority utes, would have to search for more worthy role models, and maybe end up going to college to learn something of value.
Shoot, I missed the dog show? . Havent watched any football.
