HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A teen was rushed into emergency surgery after he and three other juveniles tried robbing a veteran Marine, deputies say.
It happened around 10:30 Friday night in the 18000 block of Remington Springs.
Harris County deputies said the homeowner was approached from behind by four young men. One of them held a gun to the back of his head and tried to get him to go inside his home.

I don't know about that. There doesn't seem to be very many Amish people living there. It appears to be largely hispanic and black. And we know they never cause anyone any trouble.

This story is an example of perfect gun control. The victim was armed and he hit exactly where he aimed.
Obviously the headline writer graduated with honors from urinalism school. When I was in 6th grade all of us could write a more accurate professional headline. Granted that would have been early ‘60s when teachers taught basic skills.

My building overlooks that parking lot of the mall, and I can see drug deals go down regularly.
Know what’s crazy? All the Mexicans who are not in this school district committing fraud on a daily basis by driving their kids to the local school bus stop.
As if there is a place more horrific than this that requires lying so your kid can go to a school in the local gunspoint district.
We all know there is nothing worse than this, besides near the Shell gas station on Collinsworth.
